    Computational Neuroscience:
    - Dynamics of neuronal networks with heterogeneous connectivity,
    - Information processing by neuronal networks in the olfactory bulb
    - Adaptive neural networks.

    Pattern formation:
    Spatially extended dynamical systems, bifurcation theory with symmetry,
    complex patterns, spatio-temporal chaos
